CPU Board Targets Industrial Multimedia Systems

Including all the necessary interfaces for integrating multimedia and industrial applications, the AAIO586/MM ISA-slot processor board accommodates socket 7 processors from AMD, Intel and other manufacturers. Measuring just 120 mm x 200 mm, the board includes a PC/104 Plus expansion socket and a North Bridge with an integral AGP controller. Standard features include a 10/100 Mb Ethernet interface, two RS-232 ports, two half- or full-duplex RS-232/485 ports, a parallel port, a floppy-disk drive port, and an additional serial port reserved for infrared transmissions. In addition, a special digital-audio port is included that conforms to AC '97 and NTSC/PAL TV input and output. Power requirement is a single 5V power supply and operating temperature is from 5°C to 60°C and extended temperature ranges are available.
