The XTR106 transmitter is a new-generation monolithic 4-to-20-mA, two-wire current transmitter with a 2.5V or 5V on-board reference voltage to excite bridge sensors. The device is designed for use in measuring pressure and temperature in industrial sensors. Linearization circuits provide second-order correction to the transfer function, typically achieving a 20:1 improvement in non-linearity, even with low-cost transducers. Device provides a separate 5.1V regulated output for powering additional external circuits.
