Available in half-brick 30W, 50W, 75W, 100W and 150W and full-brick 250W and 300W units, the TD Series of dc/dc converters offers 12V inputs for use in the battery-powered system architectures found in portable equipment. The devices meet emerging standards for distributed and board mounting power systems in telecomm and server applications. Advanced features include over-temperature thermal shutdown, over-voltage protection, power good signal output, built-in current monitor, case ground pin, and positive and negative logic shutdown. The dc/dc converters also offer functional, pin-for-pin and mounting compatibility with Lucent JC/JW half-brick and FC/FW Full-brick converters. A typical 30W converter with a 12V input is priced at $65 each/100.
