Rugged, portable, and lightweight, the DDR-300 digital data recorder and DSC-300 signal conditioner are suitable for use in harsh environments that are subject to extremes of heat, vibration, and shock, i.e., the DDR-300 meets MIL-STD-810F. Weighing less than 25 lbs., the DDR-300 32-channel or 64-channel digital data recorder includes a 15” XGA TFT display, USB keyboard and mouse, stereo speakers, and support for up to 2.5 TB of 7,200-rpm SATA disk storage, which is optionally configurable in a RAID system. It features a 2-GHz Core 2 Duo processor and 2 GB of system memory. Optionally available are a UPS battery, removable hard disk, and rack-mounting. The DSC-300 eight-channel signal conditioning module weighs less than 5 lbs. and is capable of handling either analog or digital signals and either differential or single-ended inputs. Gain is selectable up to x1,000 per channel with a bandwidth of 200 kHz at gains of up to x100. It features a buffered output monitor together with a reference input, and supports voltage, bridge, and integrated circuit piezoelectric inputs. Both units are available now.
