A new installation-friendly enclosure has been designed for easy snap-in mounting on standard DIN EN 50 022/035/045 (TS 35/32/15) rails or for direct wall mounting. The Railtec C case can be used for mounting components as well as for the subsequent connection work. Applications include automation technology, building and safety technology and heating and air conditioning systems. As a subrack, the case is useful for interfaces, electronics modules, amplifiers or transformers. Different connection options are offered for commercial components such as terminals, PCB plug headers or front connectors, or for connection from one or two sides, either with ventilation slots or without, and in different standard module widths. The range of products also includes several versions with integrated connection systems. All case types have the required guides and screw pillars for fast assembly of the pc-boards. Snap-in installation of the individual case parts also facilitates assembly. Side walls permit several cases to be lined up together. OKW ENCLOSURES INC., Bridgeville, PA. (800) 965-9872.
