DPDT Miniature Switch Operates At Microwave Level

Jan. 1, 1999

Operating from dc to 3 GHz, the 419 Series miniature transfer switches are designed for board mounting. These switches have dimensions of 0.75" x 0.75" x 0.45" with impedance of 50 ohms and actuating voltage of 26 vdc. This unit can be hot-switched at 10W CW and can handle up to 50W CW. Insertion phase repeatability from port to port is within 0.01 dB for a 100-MHz bandwidth.
