Dual Output DC/DC Converter Powers Up On LCD Bias

In a tiny MSOP package, the LT1944 dc/dc converter has two 350 mA, 36V on-board switches, generating dual output voltages as high as 34V from an input as low as 1.2V. The product's constant off-time control scheme reduces quiescent current to 20 µA and executes over a broad range of load current. The device is said to be suitable for generating the high voltage for LCD bias supplies.
