Housing what is said to be the industryÕs smallest electromechanical relay (EMR), the new NAiS Brand AGK2 Form A relay features outstanding surge resistance and high contact reliability. The diminutive polarized relay measures just 6.0 x 5.2 x 5.5 mm high, allowing designers to increase the density of relays placed on an existing pc board or reduce the size of boards requiring the same number of relays. The AGK 2 Form A polarized EMR is designed for both failsafe operation and latching and can be used for telephone exchange, transmission, communications, test and measurement, and office automation equipment. Due to the efficient magnetic circuit design of this relay, leakage and changes in electrical characteristics are minimized. Surge resistance is up to 2,500V (Telcordia) and power consumption is as low 110 mW. For pricing, contact AROMAT CORP., New Providence, NJ. (908) 464-3550.
