To insert small screws quickly and accurately, the StickScrew system uses "sticks" of up to 110 serially connected hex-head screws together with a light-weight air-powered driver to insert and tighten the screws. The self-contained system eliminates loose screws and allows quick attachment of metal or plastic components on printed circuit boards, appliances, computers and other fastening applications. It holds hex-head screws in thread sizes from #0-80 to #8-32 and M2 and M3. The stick is inserted in the driver, a lever is depressed, the tip of the driver places the rotating screw in the hole, and the screw is driven home, twisting off cleanly from the stick when the precise seating torque is reached. A variety of screw types, finishes, and hardness can be handled by the system. PEM FASTENING SYSTEMS INC., Danboro, PA. (800) 237-4736.
