The device features a power-conservative 2.5V core and a static design capable of operating from 1 MHz to 75 MHz. It delivers 60 MIPS performance at 75 MHz and comes in a 352-pin, ceramic quad flat pack weighing 31.5 grams. For development support, the UT699FP-EVB 32-bit/33MHz cPCI evaluation board is available.
