Formulated for high-quality soldering of surface-mount or through-hole components to pc board assemblies, BOW 851 NVOC flux contains no volatile organic compounds. In addition to ensuring the assemblies' integrity, the flux leaves bright, shiny solder joints. The minimal residue remaining after soldering is non-conductive, non-corrosive and doesn't need to be removed. The flux also has an activator system that permits solder wetting on a wide array of pc board substrates. Compatible with most solder masks and board laminates, it can be applied to pc board by dip, foam or spraying equipment. The flux is available in 1-, 5- and 55-gallon containers.
