A new enclosure with either a handheld or tabletop design is useful for point-of-sale systems, intercom devices and mobile test and measurement electronics. The Tenclos Pulpit series enclosures are molded in light gray or black ABS, have external dimensions of 5.71"x3.35" and come in three heights of 1.93", 2.16" and 2.87". The top section has a 30° inclined display area that can be supplied with or without a window for an LCD display module. Versions without the window come with two anodized aluminum panels. Those with the window have a recessed control area for fitting a membrane keypad. Middle size versions have a battery compartment in the base section for 1 x 9V cell. Screw pillars come with both sections for mounting displays, keypads and pc boards. Accessories include non-slip feet, wall-mounting brackets and a battery contact lead. Pricing starts at $8.30 each.
