Thanks to its narrow profile, Harwin’s L-Tek single-in-line (SIL) male crimp contact connector is able to fit into small spaces. The connector also is lightweight, suiting it for airborne and portable applications. The device, which is a member of the Datamate hi-rel connector range, features gold-plated contacts capable of carrying 3A per contact. The connectors come in unlatched, latched, or friction latch versions. They’re available with two to seven contacts for use with either 24 to 28 AWG or 22 AWG wires, and enable SIL cable-to-cable and cable-to-board configurations. The SIL Datamate connectors can withstand high vibration, shock, and extreme temperatures, making them a good fit in aerospace, industrial, military and medical applications. Harwin
