Designed for expanding capabilities on Pico-ITXe single board computers, the Pico-I/O Model PICO-DIO16RO8 provides 16 TTL/LVTTL digital I/Os and eight form C electromechanical relay outputs. The module occupies half the area of a PC/104 board, making it suitable for deployment in space-limited apps. Key features include a Pico-I/O USB device featuring a SUMIT stacking connector, all 16 I/O lines buffered with 32-mA sink/source current capabilities, support for as many as four I/O expansion boards in a SUMIT stack, and a custom high-speed function driver.
