The company's line of 240 x 128, monochrome passive LCDs include on-board controllers and offer optional touch-screens. The line includes black-and-white FSTN transmissive and blue-and-white STN transmissive displays, both with cold-cathode backlighting. A transreflective, sunlight- readable version with LED backlighting is also available.
The displays have 240 x 128 pixels with a 0.5 x 0.5-mm pitch and offer a 126 x 70 mm viewing area and 170 x 105 x 14 mm outline dimensions. Each model also has a 5V, 8-bit ASCII display interface with 64 KB of SRAM on board. The optional touch-screen features an eight-wire interface and offers 79% transmissivity. Prices range from $99 with touch-screen and $79 without.
