These surface-mount PICO LITE LEDs are hermetically sealed and come in 3-pin ceramic leadless chip carriers for designs where board space and device weight are critical requirements. Available in infrared, red, green, or yellow with a diffused epoxy dome or flat lens, the operating temperature range is -55ºC to 100ºC.
