Similar in footprint to a credit card, the Pocket-Card enclosures are deep enough to accept a pc board populated with surface-mount components. They measure 3.37 by 2.13 by 0.39 in. The top section is recessed to fit a membrane keypad and can be ordered with a pre-milled slot for the ribbon cable. The cases are available with an aperture in one end for fitting an infrared LED. They're molded in off-white or black ABS (UL 94 V0) and assembled by a single-tapping screw. Quantity pricing starts at $2.50 each.
