Enriching the company's mixed-signal system on chip (SoC) product family, the AX07CF192 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) integrates an a/d converter with embedded flash memory on a standard ARM7TDM1 core. With 192 KB of flash memory, the device includes a 10-bit, five-channel a/d converter, 4 KB of SRAM, six 16-bit multi-function timers/counters, one eight-bit watchdog timer, and two 16C550-compatible UARTs. It's described as a low-power device due to an integrated power management unit. Support for the microcontroller is via an evaluation board that contains all necessary hardware to evaluate and test code before the hardware design is completed.
