Optocoupler Couples Signals Precisely

Jan. 1, 2000
Said to provide higher signal coupling precision than similar devices currently available, the SLC800 linear optocoupler is capable of attaining better than 0.1% precision matching between output and servo optocouplers across a high-voltage isolation

Said to provide higher signal coupling precision than similar devices currently available, the SLC800 linear optocoupler is capable of attaining better than 0.1% precision matching between output and servo optocouplers across a high-voltage isolation barrier. In addition, SLC800’s small package size and multi-functionality reduce board cost and real estate requirements, making the device well-suited for use in isolation amplifiers in telecomm and medical applications such as digital telephone and medical sensor isolation circuits. The linear optocoupler can also be used in audio signal interfacing and modem transformer replacement applications.
