Designed for safe and convenient handling of printed circuit boards, the company's Stackable PCB Transport and Storage Racks are made of conductive material and will hold up to 50 printed circuit boards from 2" to 9.8" (5- to 25-cm) in width. The racks are made of conductive plastic that is temperature rated up to 176°F and provides a surface resistance of less than 106 ohms. The width of the rack can be quickly adjusted for different PCB sizes by unlocking the stop latches on the top and bottom panel. Pushing the side plate corrects the position and resets the position holders. A unique chain and sprocket mechanism ensures that the sides of the panel will be held parallel during adjustment. It is claimed that adjusting the rack for new board sizes takes less than 20 s.
