The company's PICMG 1.3 backplanes support SHB Express system host boards and a variety of PCI Express, PCI-X, and PCI option cards. The BPG6600 backplane supports graphics-class slot configurations, while the BPX6620 operates as a server-class backplane. Both include all power- supply connections including 12V AUX and are said to ensure that controlled impedance conditions exist regardless of the application’s option card loading requirements. The BPG6600 provides two PCI Express, two 64-bit/100-MHz PCI-X, four 64-bit/66-MHz PCI-X, and four 32-bit/33MHz PCI slots. It supports one system host board and one PCIe expansion slot.
