Available in both shock resistant and high temperature resistant versions, these new boxes are suited for securely encapsulating electronic components and assemblies, for on-board or standalone use. Manufactured from polyamide 66 or ABS, the potting boxes come in a wide range of sizes, with black being the standard color. Suitable for machining, the thermoplastic boxes are supplied with corner supports on many versions to ensure rigidity. The high temperature- resistant potting boxes are made from duroplastic Type 31, a highly stable, resistant-to-deformation material useful for humid environments. The black boxes come in both standard and very large sizes and are suitable for encapsulating electronic assemblies. Compatible lids are also available. Forty standard sizes ranging from 0.47" x 0.47" x 0.59" to 3.94" x 3.94" x 1.57" in size are available. Pricing starts at $0.38. OKW ENCLOSURES INC., Bridgeville, PA. (800) 965-9872.
