The FSK and FSC series encapsulated ac/dc modules, offering output levels of 5W, 15W, and 30W, provide users with two mounting options. The FSK series comes in a compact board-mount case while the FSC series is available in a chassis-mount case with screw terminals. An optional DIN-rail adaptor kit for the FSC series will be available in the first quarter of 2008. All models carry UL60950 (E222889), CSA C22.2 NO.60950, and CE (EN60950) safety approvals, and the majority meet CB (IEC 60950), EN61204-3 class B, and 61000-3-2, EN 61000-3-3 requirements. Both series provide voltage outputs from 3.3 to 24 Vdc and accept a universal input of 85 to 264 Vac and 110 to 340 Vdc. Operating temperature range is from -10°C to +50°C with no derating. Other features include thermal shutdown, short-circuit protection, and isolated outputs. Pricing for 5W models starts at $9 each in OEM quantity. V-INFINITY LLC, Beaverton, OR. (866) 372-1258.
