The TR4 is a 4U, 14-slot rack-mount or desktop enclosure with dimensions of 17" X 16" x 7" and a design that makes it well-suited for applications that require high availability and ease of maintenance. These include telecomm, datacomm, industrial automation, and test/control instrumentation. Standard features include one 400W ac power supply; two front-removable, 49.4-cfm fans; a front-removable filter; two 5.25" and two 3.5" drive bays behind a locking drive door that restricts unauthorized access; shock-mounted drives; dual reset switches for split backplane applications; and many different passive backplane or ATX motherboard configurations. Optional features include a 250W hot-swap power supply and more drive expansion.
