Interfacing any of firm's controllers through digital outputs, SE1100 parallel relay board has four relays combined into one integrated interface. The board saves time by eliminating the need to wire individual relays together. It can expand applications even without firm's PLCBus interface. The relays are controlled through a host controller's high-current sinking or sourcing drivers, letting designers add relay I/O to almost any output device. The relays are overcurrent and voltage spike protected when switching inductive loads. The board requires a 24 vdc power supply, and an on-board regulator provides 5V to all logic elements while the relays and LEDs are driven with an unregulated dc input voltage. When completely turned on, the board draws about 100 mA.
