Designed for terminating LVD SCSI bus signals in large-scale applications, the HD series 0.2” x 0.2” x 0.1”, high-density resistor networks are available in standard 48-pin SSOP and TSSOP housings. The components reduce board space via 1.27-mm/1-mm pitch compatibility, thereby eliminating 50% of the component solder. Since the package forms a bridge or additional board layer, routing challenges are kept to minimum. Featuring thin-film technology, the networks offer 5%, 2%, and 1% tolerances and a maximum working voltage of 100V. Other features include an operating temperature range of -55ºC to +125ºC, 50 mW power rating at 70ºC, resistance range of 10Ω to 10 kΩ, and a TCR of 100 ppm. Packaging is on 13” embossed tape.
