The GWL-S9-88-G/Y right-angle, pc board-mount RJ-45 jack has LEDs for monitoring transmit, receive and line status. Situated on the top of the connector, a green LED indicates power and a yellow LED indicates transmit and receive status. The jack is fully shielded and employs enhanced top and side grounding tabs, said to provide reliable conductivity, panel grounding, and EMI/RFI protection. It also has snap-in, board-retention tabs to provide stability after soldering. Made of black Nylon 46 for wave and reflow soldering compatibility, contact material is nickel-plated phosphor bronze with gold plating on the contact area and tin-lead on the solder tails.
