Geared towards high-performance video applications, the ZXE-856 single-board computer provides multiple VGA outputs and amplified AC'97 audio outputs. Its adaptable video ports drive two 1,600 x 1,200 displays with the aid of 64 MB of shared memory. For more intensive apps, the board accommodates up to 1 GB of DDR DRAM. For balancing speed, power consumption, and cost requirements, the SBC supports either a 2-GHz Pentium 4 or a 600-MHz Celeron 4 processor. Other features include two UDMA 100 ATA channels supporting up to four ATA devices or four compact flash Type I headers on the ATA Bus and DIP sockets for EPROM or other non-volatile memory.
