Designed primarily for datacomm and telecomm systems, TEK-CPCI 1003 6U-8HP Mobile Pentium II processor-based CompactPCI industrial single-board computer (SBC) also integrates an Ultra Fast/Wide SCSI 3 interface, on-board EIDE and hard disk/floppy mezzanine module, two 10/100BaseTX Intel Ethernet interfaces, PCI-to-PCI bridge, PMC mezzanine support, CompactFlash, and a high-performance 64-bit AGP graphics interface with 2 MB of Rambus video memory. The Mobile Pentium II processor package includes 512 KB L2 cache and supports up to 384 MB of ECC SDRAM on three industry-standard DIMMs. Pentium speed choices are 233 or 266 MHz.
