Measuring just 7.95" x 6.4", the PCM-6898 single-board computer (SBC) provides a plethora of multimedia support. This includes an AGP 4X VGA interface, a TV output, VIA chipset, and up to 32 MB of shared display memory. Processor support includes 300 to 766 MHz Celerons with a system bus frequency of 66 MHz, 500 to 850 MHz Pentium IIIs with a system bus frequency of 100 MHz, and Pentium IIIs from 600 MHz to 1 GHz with a system bus frequency of 133 MHz. Also on-board are four USB ports, three RS-232 ports, one RS-232/422/485 port, and a bi-directional parallel port that can support SPP, ECP and EPP modes. Other features of the media maven card include support for up to 256 MB of SDRAM and a built-in audio interface that supports microphone in, line in/out, speaker out, and CD-in capabilities. And in operation, the board's watchdog timer can automatically reset the CPU or generate an interrupt whenever a bug or EMI halts program execution.
