For both simple and demanding applications, the SPiiPlus-LF four axes motion controller features off-board extensions to provide up to 64 axes of control via a CANopen network. The controller is PLCopen compliant and programmable with the company’s ACSPL+ motion language plus any of the five IEC61131-3 standard PLC languages. It delivers a sampling rate of 20 kHz on all axes and is both board and DIN-rail mountable. Furthermore, the controller supports a wide range of modes including point-to-point, jog, segmented, master-slave, and arbitrary path with PVT cubic interpolation and features third-order profile generation with on-the-fly velocity, acceleration, jerk, and target position changes.
