Introduced by the company as the lowest cost-per-axis driver/controller solution, the R364 is a compact, 3-axis step motor driver and controller. It is capable of output currents ranging from 0.2A to 1.5A per phase peak with step resolutions from full, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, and 1/64. The device can be configured and controlled via an ASCII interface over either an RS-232 protocol for single module control or RS-485 for multiple module control. Users can easily store all motor parameters on board with a simple ASCII command. The R364 can accommodate eight digital or analog inputs.
