Switch, Display And Keyboard Combo Controls Eight PCs

For space- and budget-limited situations, the GFA 1518 foldaway unit integrates an eight-port KVM switch, 15" LCD monitor, and 105-key keyboard in a 1 RU footprint. The rack-mount keyboard can replace up to eight displays and eight keyboards by using its capability to control up to eight computers. The computers can run any mix of operating systems, including Windows, DOS, Linux, Unix, Macintosh, and others. With no special software required for operation, the computers are connected to the keyboard and selected via front-panel pushbuttons or an on-screen display menu.
