TCP/IP Controller Provides Flexible I/O

March 1, 2001

The LogicFlex, the latest in the company's line of embedded DOS controllers with TCP/IP and Ethernet, addresses the demand for a compact, expandable SBC with flexible I/O and Ethernet. Pre-installed DOS, Ethernet packet driver and over 40 digital I/O lines, make the LogicFlex a solid platform for monitoring and control applications requiring TCP/IP connectivity. The LogicFlex is powered by a 25 MHz Intel 386Ex processor with 512K bytes of SRAM, and 512K bytes of Flash memory. The board is equipped with two PC compatible RS-232 serial ports; one of these ports is software configurable as RS-485. The board also features 46 digital I/O lines, a hardware clock/calendar and processor expansion bus. Pricing for the LogicFlex is $229 each/100. The LogicFlex Development Kit is $449.
