The latest addition to the firm’s Eurostyle family of terminal blocks is the Series 86, Style 45 plug with mating Style 96 and 99 high-temperature headers. The 5.08-mm pitch plug features captive retention screws to ensure mating retention and reduced contact wear in vibration environments. The Style 96 and 99 headers feature integral bronze threaded inserts that mate with the retention screws of the Style 45 plug. All 86 Series Eurostyle products mate with competitive 5.08-mm Euro pin headers polarized with the industry-standard scallop interface. The Style 96 and 99 headers are constructed of an advanced polyimide designed for compatibility with convection and vapor-phase solder reflow pc board assembly technologies. The product has a 500°F process temperature rating. The terminal blocks have from two to 24 poles. They’re rated for 15A at 300V and accept wires from 12 through 24 AWG.
