Using insulation-displacement technology for what is said to ensure the fastest possible connection in the industry for such interconnects, the QUiX-COMBICON terminal blocks are pluggable directly to the printed circuit board. Once plugged in, the wire is simply inserted and the block is actuated. Employing a 5.08 mm pin spacing, the terminal blocks will mate with industry-standard 0.2" circuit-board mount headers. They are available with 2 to 16 positions and accept 18 AWG wire. Current handling capacity is 10A at 300V. PHOENIX CONTACT INC., Harrisburg, PA. (800) 322-3225.
