Designed for low-power and low-voltage wireless applications in the 2.4-GHz and sub 1-GHz bands, the CC2510 and CC1110 RF SoCs integrate transceivers, 8051 MCUs, 8/16/32 KB of flash memory, and 1/2/4 KB of RAM. The 2.4-GHz CC2510 targets wireless keyboard/mouse, gaming, sports and leisure, remote controls, and voice applications, while the sub 1-GHz CC1110 suits alarm and security, automatic meter reading, industrial monitoring and control, and home- and building-automation applications. Both devices feature a 300-nA sleep current, 128-bit AES security coprocessor, data rates up to 500 kb/s, and a supply-voltage range from 2V to 3.6V.
