Measuring only 0.17" x 0.7", the CT-6 passive current probe boasts of a 2-GHz bandwidth and a very low insertion inductance- less than 3 nH. The tiny probe is designed to measure ac current on low-amplitude, high-frequency circuits found on dense pc boards, such as those used in disk drives.By combining the probe with the firm's high-performance digital phosphor oscilloscopes (DPOs), Java-enabled software for the DPOs, and arbitrary waveform generator, engineers are said to have a complete solution for data storage device development.
