The high-density DH series 1.0- by 2.0-in. open-frame dc-dc converters offer up to 50 W of output power at currents to 25 A. Using integral multilayer/pc-board planar magnetics, this series delivers high-level efficiency, performance, and reliability to demanding applications. The DH series is available in single, dual, and triple outputs from 1.2 to 100 V dc. All models feature wide input ranges of 18 to 75 V dc, as well as input undervoltage lockout, output overvoltage protection, and overtemperature protection. Input-to-output isolation is greater than 1500 V dc. Hiccup-mode output overload protection supports continuous overload conditions. The unit also provides tight line/load regulation to ±0.1% and noise performance down to 35 mV. All models provide remote sensing with an output trim function. The DH series converters cost $29 each in OEM quantities.
