Universal Support System For Pentium II Solves Packaging Woes

Height restraint concerns for packaging and shipment of motherboards are said to be eliminated with the Universal Retention Modules, a universal support system for the Intel Pentium II, Celeron, and Mendocino processors. Use of a folding-arm support system and a pivoting design allows not only reduced shipping height but also separates the latching features for the two different processors. The modules can be used in PCs, servers and workstations.
