Supporting a 1.6 GHz or 1.1 GHz Pentium M processor, the VP 305/01x single-slot, VME single-board computer (SBC) provides a wide range of front and rear I/O. Via three PMC sites, rear I/O includes dual Gigabit Ethernet, VITA 31.1 (Gigabit Ethernet on VME64 backplanes), analog/digital graphics, keyboard, mouse, RS232/422/485, USB, floppy, and EIDE interfaces. The front panel also supports PMC, analog graphics, keyboard, and mouse interfaces and includes additional interfaces, separate from the rear I/O, for USB, RS232/422/485, and Fast Ethernet. Other features include 512 MB of soldered-in, 200 MHz DDR ECC SDRAM, upgradeable to 1.5 GB via on-board sockets.
