VMEbus SBC Targets Varied Applications

Designed as a cost-effective and scalable solution for diverse applications, the USPIIe VMEbus, single-board computer (SBC) is available in one-, two- and three-slot configurations. Based on the VME 64-bit architecture, the board supports 400 MHz and 500 MHz UltraSPARC-IIe RISC processors and from 64 MB to 2 GB of SDRAM. The USPIIe/1 single-slot board features a 6U form factor and a baseboard configuration that provides a single, 64-bit PMC slot. The two-slot USPIIe/2P2 offers up to three PMC slots and I/O options such as audio, two 10/100 Base-T Ethernet ports, serial ports, and a software-readable, front-panel rotary switch. The three-slot USPIIe/2P3 is a doublewide configuration that provides three additional PMC slots without the expansion features of the two-slot board. Prices start at $6,687.
