100 MHz Ultra Low Phase Noise OCXO Touted As World’s Smallest

100 MHz ultra low phase noise OCXOs offer -135 dBc/Hz close-in phase noise and -180 dBc/Hz phase noise on the floor in 14 x 21 x 6.8 mm SMPs.

The new O-CS8-0X Series, 100 MHz ultra low phase noise OCXOs from NEL, offer close-in phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz and -180 dBc/Hz phase noise on the floor. Coming in 14 x 21 x 6.8 mm surface-mount packages, the oscillator series features an SC-cut crystal and a frequency range of 80 to 120 MHz. The ultra low phase noise OCXOs also provide stabilities ranging from ±50 ppb with temperatures of -55° to 85° C, and have a Sine wave +17 dBm output. Available in 5 V, the O-CS8-0X Series 100 MHz ultra low phase noise oscillators are ideally suited for applications that require instrument grade OCXO performance in an extremely small, slim package, such as, radar, instrumentation, high end synthesizers, and telecommunication and data communications systems.
