For demanding defense, medical, print, and imaging applications, the HPD6020 single-mode laser diodes deliver up to 200 mW of output power. The components employ the company's patented Quantum Well Intermixing technology, which increases the brightness and reliability of the laser diodes while avoiding the problems associated with optical mirror damage. They are available with a wavelength of 830 nm ±5 nm and exhibit a life span in excess of 11 million operating hours. Additionally, the lasers are available in a selection of standard packages including 5.6MM, 9MM, and C-mount. Prices start at $200 each. Custom wavelengths are also available upon request.
