Five GaAs RF Switches Fit Legacy Designs

June 1, 1999
Designed for use where size, switching speed and high isolation are of primary importance, these five switches are pin-for-pin compatible with existing switches. ITT239AB is a SPDT reflective switch with 35 dB isolation at 1 GHz and positive control

Designed for use where size, switching speed and high isolation are of primary importance, these five switches are pin-for-pin compatible with existing switches. ITT239AB is a SPDT reflective switch with 35 dB isolation at 1 GHz and positive control capability and comes housed in a SOIC-8 package; ITTC02AB is a SPDT non-reflective switch with high isolation and positive control capability and resides in a SOIC-8 package; ITT002AB is a very high isolation SPDT non-reflective switch with 40 dB isolation at 1 GHz and positive control capability and is packaged in SOIC-8s; ITT106AJ is another SPDT reflective switch with positive control from 3V to 5Vand low insertion loss and sits in a miniature MSOP-8 package; and ITT130AK is a SPST, very high isolation switch with non-reflective J2 port, positive control capability, and isolation of 41 dB at 1 GHz and comes housed in a SOT-6 package.
