Jan. 1, 2000
Three new GaAs transmit and receive switches--the ITTS502AJ, ITTS505AJ and ITTS506AJ--have been added to the firm’s control products lineup and are designed to cover frequencies from dc to 6.0 GHz while offering 3V and 5V positive control.

Three new GaAs transmit and receive switches--the ITTS502AJ, ITTS505AJ and ITTS506AJ--have been added to the firm’s control products lineup and are designed to cover frequencies from dc to 6.0 GHz while offering 3V and 5V positive control. Applications for the chips include wireless handsets, LANs, base-stations and other wireless products and systems. The ITTS502AJ is a SPDT medium-power, low insertion loss T/R switch with a useable frequency of dc to 3.5 GHz. The ITTS505AJ is a SPDT T/R switch with a useable frequency of 4.5 to 5.0 GHz. And the ITTS506AJ is for use over the 5.0 to 6.0 GHz frequency range. Samples are available.
