The MIC-D20 Series of high-accuracy power monitors operate from 40 MHz to 3.6 GHz and within RF power ranges from 0 dBm to +30 dBm. The monitors' frequency range and performance make them a candidate for a wide variety of wireless applications.A temperature-compensated detection circuit is built into the monitors and provides a ±0.10 dB variation from 0°C to 70°C. The monitors have two outputs: one is a detected analog output, and the other a TTL output with high and low window thresholds that can be either factory set or user selected by means of external programming resistors with ±0.25 dB accuracy. Insertion loss is typically 0.3 dB with VSWR of 1.25:1 maximum.
