Quadrature accuracy is 0.2 dB with a phase balance of 0.5° and sideband rejection is specified as -42 dBc. Other features include an I/Q baseband bandwidth up to 200 MHz and pin-compatibility with the company's AD8346 and AD8345. Available in a 16-lead TSSOP, operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
