Suited for AM, FM and other modes of commercial and military applications, AM030400-13 and AM030400-64 RF amplifiers use gold-metallized, silicon MOSFET transistors for high reliability in wideband VHF/UHF systems. The package is designed for optimum heat removal when mounted to a heatsink. Both devices operate between 30 and 400 MHz, while the AM030400-13 offers a high output power of 16W PEP and a high gain of 34 dB maximum and the AM030400-64 offers a high output power of 65W PEP and a gain of 12 dB maximum.
