Operating at frequencies from 100 MHz to 2.7 GHz, the AD8353 and AD8354 broadband, RF gain block amplifiers provide a fixed gain of 20 dB with single-ended inputs and outputs, internally matched to 50½. Both devices operate with a bias voltage of 3 to 5V. The AD8353 delivers a linear output power of +8 dB and a third order intercept point of +23 dBm while drawing 42 mA of current. The AD8354 provides an output power of +4 dBm and a third order intercept point of +19 dBm while drawing 24 mA of current. both chips measure 3 mm x 2 mm and operate in temperatures from -40¡C to 85¡C. The AD8353 and AD8354 are priced at $1.05 each/1,000. ANALOG DEVICES INC., Wilmington, MA. (800) 262-5643.
